How Memory Vitali orders are shipped, tracked, and returned. Everything ships from our U.S. fulfillment center, direct to your door.

Processing and delivery

• Orders ship within 1 business day of purchase.
• Average U.S. delivery is 3 to 6 business days after dispatch.
• Free shipping on 6-bottle orders. Standard shipping applies to 2 and 3-bottle packs.
• You receive a tracking link by email once your order leaves the warehouse.

Returns and refunds

Every order is covered by the 60-day money-back guarantee. To start a return, email orders@memoryvitaliofficial.com with your order number. Once your return is confirmed, we refund the purchase price to your original payment method. Please cover return shipping unless your order arrived damaged or incorrect.

Wrong or damaged order

If something arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days with a photo and we will replace it at our cost.
